We want every order to arrive correctly and beautifully. If something is wrong, reach out quickly so we can review it with care.

Damaged or incorrect item

If your parcel arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order ID.

Small differences in stitch texture, size, and placement are normal in handmade crochet and are not treated as defects.

Custom pieces are made specially for you, so returns are limited unless the item is damaged or incorrectly made.

Returned items should be unused, clean, and in their original packing where possible.

Send your order ID, mobile number, and clear photos through the contact form so the issue can be reviewed.

Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund guidance after review.
